Diamond Carpet Care gets the job done!

I had cat urine odor problems in two spots of my carpet, and my usual cleaning company didn't get it out. A friend recommended Diamond Carpet Care, and Bill Masters sent his co-worker out right away. Andrew spent a long time doing a very thorough cleaning job, and the odor was almost out. So Bill came out with an industrial-strength solution, and my carpet smells great now. It is so nice to work with such a reliable and professional team, who work until the job is done. I recommend them highly!

Amazing company!

I was due to have my carpets cleaned, and had previously used a different company, and was not satisfied. So, I asked a couple of my friends to see who they were using. To my amazement, they both referred me to Diamond Carpet Care. So, I called and spoke with the owner, Bill. He was not only pleasant, but he was also very knowledgable and honest.

I told him my carpet cleaning horror story and he promised that his company would not be that way.

They not only restored the look of my carpets, but he and his technician, Andrew, were very professional.

I highly recommend this company! I will be using them again!

Great Job Good Price

I called them on the phone and asked a lot of questions. Andrew the carpet cleaner was on time and was a very nice man. He took a lot of time to be careful with my things in my home and did not rush the job. What a great job he did for us. WOW! They are so clean they almost look new. (6 years old) If you read this, tell Andrew thank you.

Best carpet cleaner we have used

Best carpet cleaner we have used. Prior to using Diamond Carpet Care we used a well known carpet cleaner. Our carpet was so wet that they set up blowers to dry it. With Diamond Carpet Care, it was damp that night and dry by morning. The carpets were the best they had looked since we put them in. we found Bill Masters and Diamond Carpet Care through the Orange Chamber Commerce.

Good Carpet Cleaners

I have been using Diamond for the past 2 years. They are dependable and do a very nice job at a very reasonable price. I have 8 year old carpet and once Diamond started cleaning them, they look better than 2 years ago, They're cleaning system dries fast. too.

BEST CARPET CLEANING SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED!!!

We have used them half a dozen times and they always get the stains out from the dog! I even recommended them to my boss who used them. He was thrilled! They were able to clean an oriental rug no one had been able to clean well in the past.
