Bad customer service experience.

I was just there this morning to get my headlights readjusted. While the original service rep. who was helping me was kind enough to show me the work on the car in the garage. While inspecting the work, all of a sudden another rep showed up cursing and using bad languages. I told him to relax and he then tells me what I was trying to accomplish here. That guy didn't understand that the customer (me) wanted to see how the work is done and have every rights to do so. Forget about this shop. There are other better places to take your car to.

Highly recommended car repair

Very fast and efficient. Fair prices. Even lent a complementary loaner car while my car was being fixed. Highly recommended FOR ANYONE

Bad ethics!

This company sells your contact info to advertisement companies! I went here to drop off a simple part to have painted (carry in). That same week, I started a new job and gave this shop my new work number. After a week, I picked up my part (nothing great, but acceptable) and went on my way. Several weeks later, I began getting junk mail at my new employer - this might be coincidence, but I didn't give my company info to anyone else. I asked my HR rep and he said that the company I work at keeps all of our files strictly confidential. To top it off, several weeks later this body shop began calling me at work for reviews. My boss told the gentleman about our company policy, but they consistently kept calling. I am not allowed to to get calls at work and consequently go written up for waisting company time.
