They are very reasonably priced and beautiful BUT on valentines day I had them delivered to my fiance's work and the next day 10 of the 12 roses are not opening and look dead. DONT use this service if you want the arrangement to live past the delivery I am very disappointed and it was a waste of 90 bucks... DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Proflowers is much better I wish I would have used them...

Gosh, I'm really sorry you were disappointed since we received no phone calls about roses not opening since Valentine's Day. We take great pride in the quality of our flowers and will happily replace any roses that did not live up to our promise.
Please give me a call on Tuesday at 714-635-4800 (we are closed Monday for the holiday) and I will personally make sure your fiance' gets a new rose arrangement delivery.
