Good room for your money

Nothing overtly special or great about this hotel, but there's nothing bad about it either. The best part is that is only a hop, skip, and a jump away from Disneyland. Service was fine. The pool looked nice. I would go back.

The Scene
Nestled amidst the tourist madness that is Disneyland & Co., this rather plain, high-rise hotel provides moderately priced, basic and uninspired rooms for families who intend to spend most of their time at the theme parks or the beach. Still, it's a step above the completely generic, thanks to its lagoon-like pool lined with palm trees and seasonal, in-house magic shows roaming the premises.

The Details
What this hotel lacks in amenities and style is made up in proximity to Disney and a McDonald's right next door. You can even have a Big Mac delivered to your room. There's also a souvenir-filled gift shop for all those knickknacks you didn't have time to pick up during the day and a game room for the kids.
