I am completely dissatisfied with my service at this place. Not only did they treat me like I was an idiot because I happen to be a young woman, but they overcharged me and didn't even do half the stuff they said they did. I happen to know a lot more about my car than they seem to think. They told me I needed a lot of things fixed that I knew wasn't true for example, 'Your brakes could go at any second!' when really they'd been replaced a month earlier. On top of this they took waaaay longer fixing my car than they originally said, which left me stuck with a loaner car with a broken speedometer. I don't know about everyone else, but I tend to like to know how fast I'm going. Why they don't fix their loaner cars is beyond me. I ended up paying nearly 2 grand for something that would have cost me less than half that at the dealership. That taught me! The point is, I was treated poorly because of my gender, overcharged, and unsatisfied.
Pros: They give you a free loaner car
Cons: The loaner car might not work.

It's so hard to find a good mechanic, but these guys have been great to us. Very honest and upfront in their estimates and work. Highly recommended.
