Ofelia, the owner of European Tailoring in San Clemente, deserves every one of these "five stars". My friends and I all agree she can work miracles on any tailoring or alteration challenge. Not only is she extremely talented, but her friendly "can do" attitude makes doing business a very positive experience time and time again. No job is too big and no schedule tight for Ofelia. AND she stands by her work -- she is always willing to work on an item until it is just right. After I purchased the dress for my son's wedding, I lost lots of weight. She redid the gown -- almost starting from scratch -- and it was perfect!
Pros: Lots of talent to meet any tailoring chellenge. Quick turn-around.

Ofelia's shop is tucked inside one of the busiest shopping centers in San Clemente, but she knows her customers by name and always has time for personal attention. Last week I needed alterations to a dress in 24 hours, which most places won't accommodate, but she responded graciously to my emergency and fitted it perfectly. Her prices aren't cheap, but they are better than many places I've tried around here. My mom and I adore her and swear by her work!
Pros: Personal attention, expert work, convenient location
Cons: Storefront is functional, not fancy
