They are wonderful people and helped my fiance and I tremendously throughout our engagement process. I got the diamond from a family friend up north but they helped me find the right mounting, and even played along when I brought her in to "browse" and were great keeping the secret. My parents have gone there for years. The owner told me they don't do a lot of advertising and that most of their business comes in from word of mouth. As far as I'm concerned they are the best kept secret in Newport Beach!
Pros: Customer service, great unique pieces.
Cons: Parking, not a huge selection of mens bands in stock.
