great gym!

the athletic club for women and the pilates place makes me feel so comfortable. the people (members and staff) are so friendly. it reminds me of "cheers" where everyone knows your name. its the first time that i have really enjoyed going to a gym and i look forward to going there during the week. i have tried the pilates mat classes and the reformer classes and thought that the instructors were easy to understand and the classes had a great flow to them. what a find!
