In our fast paced society, it is difficult to find a business where the staff noticably care about their customers. Shape-Up apparently cares. Knowledgeable and helpful staff, extremely clean, equipment in top condition and they limit their membership to avoid overcrowding.
Pros: Great parling, enjoy the staff, Spinning
Cons: no pool, no basketballcourt, no handball
