I found this place to be a total gem in hiding. From the exterior there might not really be a way to know how warm and luxurious the spa is. But I have to say that I love love love their little boutique area right when you walk in the door. They have everything I need to make myself feel pampered and pretty and it's to-go. I've experienced their Milk and Honey hydrobath which is to die for, can you say yummy?! And I've also gone on to try one of their facial events where I got a special facial event price but also got free money towards my purchase. plus sample sized goodies. Now, I must say that I've a spa-goer for the past 7 to 8 years now so I consider myself a sort of experience 'expert' and I must say that this spa ranks personally among my top choices when I consider surroundings, services and overall amenities. I can even say that their massage is better than one I had at a 4 star hotel in Vegas. So.... do I even need to say it? You should try it. I'll see you there.
Pros: Ambience, Valet Parking, Shopping
Cons: Schedule A Treatment In Advance

I really wanted to get something special for my boyfriend's mother, Diana for Christmas and I decided to get her a gift certificate for an Arcona Facial and a One-hour Massage at Spa Gregorie's. This is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Diana could not stop raving about how wonderful her treatments were. She also enjoyed the ambiance and the spa lunch that I added on for her! She said that was the first time in a full year that she truly was able to relax and enjoy herself! No question, I will be getting her Spa Gregories gift certificates for every occasion in the future.
Pros: Treatments, Great variety of retail items, friendly staff
Cons: Nothing!

This spa is so overrated! It looks old and run down and who wants to go to a spa next to a pub? How Tacky! The services were average and the receptionists were below average. They had a large selection but it was almost cluttered. I felt like I was at a yard sale! I was not impressed. Not at all.
Pros: Thumbs Down
Cons: Lots

I think Spa Gregorie's treatments are fabulous! Facial, massage, etc, everything is wonderful. If I only talk about their treatments, I will choose "Highly Recommended". But..... I don't know why but the receptionists are always sooo bad! Some girls are OK, but there are some ladies who are very nasty and tense. I got a birthday coupon and tried to use it. The receptionist said to me "you can't get a discount with this coupon!!" instead of "Happy Birthday"........ Of course the physical therapists said to me "Happy Birthday"..... If their attitudes are OK, I will go to Spa Gregorie's every week!

This spa is great and you can stay all day if you want. Use the steam room, the quiet room etc. I have been to many spa's and if you are looking for a great massage therapists ask for Courtney or Johnette they are far and above the best I have found. They are both superior. You can't go wrong with either of them. They have others that are good but these two are by far better. Trust me if you book here ask for one of them and you will be glad you did.
Pros: Great Amgience

I just left Spa Gregories after one of the worst weeks in my life and I have to say the staff renewed my outlook on life. I was a bit reluctant booking because of a review I had read, but was shocked at the level of customer service and knowledge about serious conditions and life challenges. I had a therapist that was an oncology-trained therapist; she was so compassionate and healing and has been there for 7years. The seemingly small space opened up to a very exclusive feeling cocoon that stretched into a cozy waiting area with a clean and comfortable arrangement. The relaxing dim lit space was a nice contrast from the typical white Romanesque feel that most unoriginal spas that I have visited feel like. I was also lucky enough to have a celebrity encounter within the locker room. I now understand the buzz of this place; HEALING, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXCLUSIVE, CARING STAFF. This is my new favorite spot to receive the healing that I need!

Highly Recommended!! I have been to both Spa Gregorie's locations in Newport Beach & RSM and both are amazing! The staff is very helpful and I love the steam room & the ambience of the quiet room in Newport before and after my massage. The same great service goes for their other location too! Recently, I treated myself to a wonderfully relaxing & glamorous day at the spa AND salon in RSM! I started with a much needed deep tissue massage, then got my brows shaped beautifully, and lastly got a fabulous cut & conditioning treatment finishing my day with beautiful voluminous hair! I can’t wait for my next hair appointment and hopefully soon spa day at Spa Gregorie’s!

I have been to larger spas, (much) more expensive spas, and more "famous" spas, but my visit last evening with my daughter to SG beats all of them -- hands-down. Yes, I agree that a tad more space (at check-out, in the locker area, etc.) would be nice, but the attentive and very competent staff and the extremely relaxing environment more than make up for that. After a one hour massage (during which Jen's hands seemed to read my mind about a nanosecond before my thoughts occurred to me that I would like "a bit more pressure here," or "a tad lighter touch there,"), about ten minutes in the steam room, a nice shower with SG's fabuously perfectly chosen products, and a half-hour rest in the gorgeous and completely soul-restoring "quiet room," both of us felt as though we had been away from the stresses of our lives for a week or so. Contrary to one of the reviews I read here, SG is definitely NOT "over-priced" -- especially considering the degree of pampering that is supplied by the staff. Our experience was so wonderful that I feel like sending out a broadcast email to all of my family members, friends, work associates, and anyone else I can think of to tell them to GET TO SPA GREGORIE'S at their first available opportunity. Really. It was that awesome. I can only think that the person who wrote the scathing review which I read had to have some ulterior motive for doing so (a competitor, maybe???). I can't imagine what ANY spa could do to improve upon the service we received at SG (well...okay...there IS one tiny thing: the attendants who prepare the rooms, pick up the towels, etc. could be a bit more quiet and less intrusive). Thanks to all of you at SG for making our visit at your establishment one of the most relaxing and refreshing experiences I've had in a long while. Brava! Nice job, guys!
Pros: Ambience, competent and attentive staff
Cons: Small check-in area and attendents (housekeeping) a bit loud and intrusive

Sharon over at Salon Gregorie is awesome! Does the best cut/color I've ever had. She's also very personable and fun to talk to, plus she's very quick. A little on the pricey side, but she completely worth it. Best sylist I've ever had and I highly recommend her.

The only thing I know about Spa Gregories is that (a) they cut hair really nicely (b) my haircutter lady gave me a free glass of wine. Sweet.
