Will never be back

by darel562 at Citysearch

We came here to eat before a movie and was stunned when we saw they charge $3 per person to get in even if you're just going to eat at the restaurant. We only stayed because we were hungry and nothing else was open and if we went looking around the movie would've started. We got seated and it took our server 10 minutes just to get to our table we were understanding because she was cleaning a dropped drink but all she had to do was acknowledge us.We ordered our food and we had been waiting for it for a while we wanted to ask our server but she was too busy chatting it up with the table behind us.Very unprofessional and inappropriate conversation I ordered a LA waters she brought it out and it looked like nothing i've ever ordered. it taste like pure lemonade. I told the server she responded we don't have what it takes to make my drink.she should have just told me that from the beginning. So, I ordered a long island she brought it out and again it taste like lemonade, i once again told the server and she replied " long islands are not meant to taste strong" wtf who told her this. When i asked her what was in the long island she gave me the wrong ingredients, i should know i'm a bartender, but she didn't know that. over all over priced, water downed drinks and not that great of service.

i tried contacting the corporate office but all i got was a voice mails and of course my call was never returned..

Great Place for Fun, Food and Drinks

by Review Master at Citysearch

In response to the person who said Dave & Buster's is a scam, that's just dumb.

You need to remember that there are only a couple of guys working in the gaming section, so they may not be able to help right away. Think about the ratio between workers to customers.

The only bad thing about this place is that their prizes are lame. It could have something to do with the bad economy though.

  • Pros: All around great place to hang out
  • Cons: Game prizes are sucking lately.

I love this place

by thatguy6 at Citysearch

Let me start with one thing that I love about this place: HAPPY HOUR, they have the best happy and alot to selected from. The service is excellent and there are tons of games to play with. The pool tables are kind of pricy. One thing i recommend not doing is taking children around the time of happy hour because drunk people and kids do not mix. Anf the food is great.

  • Pros: Happy Hour, foods, drinks and games.
  • Cons: the bouncers are mean :(

Super-sized party multiplex for casual diners and serious drinkers who like a joystick with their drumsticks and swizzle sticks.

In Short
This massive entertainment complex lures customers in with its arcade, then keeps them there by way of a spacious eatery serving pizza, pasta, burgers and finger food. Classic games like billiards, skeeball and shuffleboard are balanced by electronic counterpoints such as Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede and virtual-reality simulators that re-create an 18-wheeler ride or a Star Trek voyage. Of the two full bars, one comes with a 20-screen videodome designed for armchair quarterbacks.

Scam City

by pudgii at Citysearch

The Dave's burger I ate was pretty good. The problem is that they are running a scam to get your money. They only have 1 to 2 ticket redeemers and it took over 30 minutes to get some dinky prize. I'm sure this is how the place greatly increases it's profits by discouraging people to redeem their winnings. Oh yeah, it's a great place for adults. NOT, place is full of kids of all ages. They play all the same games and even those you find in Reno and Las Vegas. Great way to teach kids to gamble and be ripped off. Wouldn't go back to this place. Great racket for the owners. Door man was also very hostile when I mentioned as we were leaving that the place was running racket. Can't believe it hasn't been checked into by the City attorney. Not a place I would suggest going to unless you understand the racket taking place here.

  • Pros: Lots of things to do
  • Cons: Games are a scam

Best Happy Hour

by mr_vegas at Citysearch

D&B is the place to drink after work. If you go during one of their two happy hours, you can get really smashed for very little. It is also a great place to get hammered with friends. The drink menu here is really big so everyone can find something that they will enjoy to drink.

  • Pros: Happy Hour, Ambiance, Drink Selection

A great time!

by keishaca at Citysearch

I always have a great time and D&B. It's great for groups. It's a place where adults can go unwind and act like a kid while sipping on martinis.

  • Pros: Good for groups, Great drinks, Fun games
  • Cons: Can get pricey

GAMES, FOOD, DRINKS & POOL all in 1!!

by budd_e_bev at Citysearch

If you haven't been here at least once, you've got to go! The food is pretty good, nothing extravagant, but appetizing. They dessert is good as well. They've got a few pool tables, a bar to sit at and enjoy games (football, baseball, boxing, etc) the restaurant section where you can eat, and also the arcade section where you can play TONS of different games and win prizes. You'll need to get a game card though to play. I believe it was $1.00 for 3 credits, $5.00 for 21 credits, and so on. Staff was friendly as well! It's fun & games whether you're out with friends or family.

  • Pros: lots to do
  • Cons: can be pricey
