$1200 a month for space rent.

Nothing is included in the $1200 space rent. Residents must also pay water, trash, sewer, and cable on top of space rent, mortgage, insurance, property tax, and utilities.

Clubhouse hours are very limited during the week. Closed weekends and holidays.

Pool only heated Memorial Day - Labor Day. No car wash, storage, or children's play area.

Space rent has gone up every year 6% and can be raised up to 12% every year.

Some of the newer homes have garages, safe location, close to schools, malls, and transportation.
