Great Vacation Spot

The Hiton Waterfront is a great place to stay at while on vacation. It is not only a beautiful hotel but it is located right on the water. It is good for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The service is excellent and the sites are even better.

This 12-story luxury resort stands just a few sandal shuffles away from Huntington Beach's powdery sand and sought-after waves. Each of the 290 remodeled rooms offers an ocean view from a private balcony. The spacious Shades Restaurant & Bar, which opened in June 2007, offers both inside dining and veranda seating overlooking the ocean and resort pool. There's also an outdoor lounge area where hotel guests and visitors can enjoy a cocktail and mingle around a flickering fire pit. Basketball, volleyball and tennis courts are onsite while rooms feature plasma TVs, high-speed Internet and automated minibars.

Hits: The outside dining scene at Shades Restaurant & Bar is a lively weekend spot. The fresh American fare is also flavorful and creatively presented.

Misses: While many of the rooms offer great views of the beach, some also have a direct view of the city's industrial smokestacks in the distance.

This hotel is perfect!

Recently stayed at the Hilton in Huntington Beach and was very pleased with the service I received. I occasionally stay at a hotel just to relax for a weekend with some girlfriends and we loved the attention the Concierge Heather gave us. She was great! We also went to Tommy T's Body Piercing during our stay in Huntington and I got my navel pierced. I was so impressed with Tommy and how clean the shop was. I got a gorgeous 18K gold navel piece and it was the perfect souvenir of our short little excursion. So when you are in the Huntington area stop by and stay at the Hilton. You will not be dissapointed!
