Very big mall. They have almost everything you are looking. For great place for finding everything in one area.

Pros: Plenty of parking

Cons: Long walk to the Crystal Court across Bear St.

Hands down the best mall in Orange County. So many shops you won't know what to do with yourself, except wander around and squander your life savings. You'll like it.

It's one of those destinations that you've got to go to. Incredible variety of great things... prices are bit high... but what do you expect... it's the center of the OC. Good to see what the latest fashions are from all the designers... but you can do some bargain hunting outside South Coast Plaza.

Pros: Good Variety, Designer Labels

Cons: Expensive, Crowded

My friend and I decided to stop here after visiting a friend nearby. We had a little difficulty finding it - despite all the hub- but eventually I was teaming with goosebumps. I like shopping...and I found the Nordstrom here to be the best of the other SoCal locations. I thought Sears seemed more than a bit out of place - it's so utilitarian. There's plenty of places to eat within the restaurant, and surrounding the immediate area of the mall. Overall, a good mall experience.

Pros: lots of stores, BH boutiques

Cons: expensive, not ez to find

South Coast Plaza does have a variety of things being a mall, but MOST of the things there are of high ends! They have almost everything else that any other mall has (i.e. candy stands, clothing, shoes, disney, jewelry, etc, etc) HOWEVER I think this shopping center is more for those who have extra money to blow out $100 on a pair of pants! Other than the shopping, the food is average, and I go there to eat!

Pros: Big, Variety

Cons: Expensive

It's like all of Rodeo Drive under one roof! South Coast Plaze, along with the shops at the Crystal Court across the street, is the most comprehensive retail location in Southern California, if not the country. There are great spots to eat throughout--Armani Cafe, Il Fornaio, Rainforest Cafe, even McDonalds--and it's clean, bright and well-maintained.

Pros: Store selection
