Wonderful trustworthy dentist, friendly staff, stunning office

I was in Irvine visiting a friend when I chipped a front tooth! I called Dr. Suzman's office and they got me an appointment right away. The girl who answered the phone was super friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised when I showed up at the office. It is not like your ordinary dental office, this office is beautifully decorated. A very clean, modern look. Best of all, the dentist, Dr. Suzman was amazing. He was so nice and extremely gentle. He made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. He fixed my chipped tooth in no time and it looks great. You can't even tell it was ever chipped. If I lived in OC, Dr. Suzman would definitely be my dentist! I am very impressed with the level of expertise and care I received. I highly reccommend this dental office.

honest and first-rate dentist, wonderful staff, finally pain-free!

Before seeing Dr. Suzman, I had a year of horrible experiences with dentists and constant mouth pain. I had seen "top specialists" in both NYC and here in SoCal, and had many dental procedures done (most of them unnecessary) and continued to be in pain. Well I am now pain-free and will never go to anyone else! His staff is also friendly and highly qualified. Roxanne gave me the best teeth-cleaning I have ever had and she handled my anxiety in a very patient and kind manner. I can also tell you that having been to so many dentists (sometimes with insurance and sometimes with no insurance left to tap into); I find his prices to be very reasonable.

terrible experience, and not recommend!

We have terrible experience with this clinic:

(1) My husband was going to do an dental implant, while I was calling this clinic, the lady who answer the phone told us that we should do an consultation and it is free. We went, and when we came out, they changed the answer, they said it is free IF WE ACTUALLY DO THE IMPLANT IN THIS CLINIC. We felt very bad about this, not because of the money, but because of the way they trick us;

(2) We find this clinic from citysearch, and Dr. Suzman has very good feedback, which is why we chose to come. However we were lead to another Doctor (Dr. Ravon) who also works there, for the consultation. And nobody ever told us this Dr. is not within my Dental Insurance Network (Dr. Suzman is). So at the end, we have to pay even more money for this.

We have talked to them about our complains, and they said sorry, but they said they cannot do anything about it. Terrible Experience!! Will never come back again!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent Dentist

First of all, let me tell you, I am terrified of the dentist. I absolutely hate needles. The mere thought of going to the dentist makes my heart race, and I break out in a cold sweat. I went to Dr. Suzman to have a crown replaced (which was previously done by another dentist) and was a nervous wreck before I even got to his office. Throughout the procedure Dr. Suzman made sure that I was pain-free and comfortable. I realized afterward that I had worked myself up for no reason. Dr. Suzman is first rate and a truly exceptional dentist. I can honestly say that this was the best experience I have had at a dental office in the past 25 years! I highly recommend Dr. Suzman for anyone, who like me, is TERRIFIED of the dentist. You won't find a more pleasant, professional and first rate dentist anywhere!

Awesome Irvine dentist

Dr. Colin Suzman is the most thorough and professional dentist. He is also very honest and gentle! His office staff is also very knowledgable in their fields and do their best to make sure that every patient is cared for in the best way possible.

I feel very comfortable having him treat me as well as my friends and family.

Dr. Suzman and his staff are very professional and caring. Dr. Suzman always has time to answer my questions and the office is so friendly. Dr. Suzman and his staff make "going to the dentist", not so bad!

WOW!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at this office from start to finish. Making an appointment went very smoothly they really made it easy to work around my busy schedule. The office was amazing. Very modern and high tech. I was seated quickly by a friendly staff member who offered me a movie to watch during my visit....it was very comforting. The dentist himself was also wonderful. He explained everything step by step and answered all my questions. He was very honest and friendly. Everyone at the office was great and made my experience a pleasent one. I will definatly be continuing my care here and would recommend it to anyone in need of a dentist.

I now have a favorite dentist!

Very professional and honest! Office is gorgeous with its wall-mounted waterfall and huge flat screen tv in the waiting room. Unlike any office I have ever been to. Dr Suzman and his staff were very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. They seem to genuinely care about their patients and were gentle with the work they did.

Aprehensive about dentists no more!!!

To be honest, i'm not big on going to the dentist but this is certainly the best dental experience i've ever had. Being new in town (philly boy) I found Dr. Suzman's practice to be professional, hi-tech and overall pleasant. It's obvious from the moment you walk in he's got the latest equipment but I was even more impressed with his demeanor than any piece of equipment. I landed up coming back for a cleaning and the Dental Hygienest (sp?) was excellent.
