I wanted to get out of my adjustable rate and get into a fixed mortgage. I called some of the radio and internet companies and my own back and felt I was being pressured and didn't feel comfortable. As a single mom, in this crazy realestate market I was very nervous and needed a company that helped me through my questions and had MY best interest at heart. and allowed me to sleep at night, work at day & be a mom. A friend gave me Pacific Net Mortgage's info & I called them. They were both so helpful and nice - but more importantly they got me a great rate and was able to do my refinance quickly and very easily. I thought I could/would get a better interest rate with one of the "big guys", but found that was far from the situation. They shopped my loan with many different companies, explained the differences between products and made it happen. My friend used them for a new house loan purchase and they closed their loan in less an 2 weeks. Getting a loan can be a confusing and time consuming situation; however working with them couldn't have been more streamlined and easy. Thank you again. I am happy to have found you. I would absolutely recommend Pacific Net Mortgage if you're buying a house or refinancing your house!
Pros: HONEST, easy to work with, great customer service from start to finish. Very reasonable fees (got a great product/rate)

I have purchased and refinanced many homes over the years, so I'm quite familiar with the loan process. I was very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Katy and Valerie. They were responsive and reliable and closed my loan ahead of schedule with minimal fees. Thank you, Ladies. I will recommend you to all.

I just bought my first house (scary), but I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got from my mortgage gals!! They were very very responsive to my many questions, patient and more importantly got my loan closed on time. They got me a GREAT rate on a 30 yr fixed loan and were able to save me quite a bit of money from the broker/lender I was planning on using. They didn't have any hidden fees/charges and made this a smooth and pleasurable experience. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future. I just had my parents call them to do a refinance and they are going to get them out of their high adjustable loan into a much better rate for a fixed rate loan! Thank you mortgage gals - I am so happy with my new house and I owe it all to you for making is so easy and hassle-free.
Pros: RETURNED MY CALLS QUICKLY, took time to explain things, NO hidden fees & great rate- closed ON TIME!!!!!
