Dr. Grover did a beautiful job on my breast augmentation, my breasts feel and look very natural. With that said though, I was very disappointed when I asked him to go for a small to a mid C cup (from my previous small B) and even mentioned that I am a runner and it is important for me that they are not too large, as well as mentioning as I was being rolled into the surgery room to remember not too go to big....since Dr. Grover had 3 different sizes he thought would fit me nicely. Now I found 4 months later I am stuck with a small D and just as self conscious about my large chest as I was when I was too small. =( I would recommend him for a breast augmentation only if you think you can Really get through to him your expectations since he does do a meticulous beautiful job and he was a really nice and good Doctor. Lastly, I wouldn't necessarily recommend buying or being sold by the nurse. She was very pushy to get me to buy things and the last time i mentioned to her I didnt really feel the need to spend anymore money (this after surgery, products etc.) She pretty much turned and walked away from me and was very short that point on. ~jw
Pros: Dr. Grover is very skilled
Cons: The Nurse mostly. Communication on expectations

After deciding to have 2 procedures done, I was referred to Dr. Grover for a consultation. I was so pleased with how professional, friendly, and considerable he and his staff were. They answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel at ease. I was 100% satisfied with my results. I was so happy that I referred my sister and a friend to his office for their surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Grover and his staff for anyone who is looking for cosmetic surgery.

I have now had the pleasure of having 4 surgeries with Dr. Grover and all have turned out great! I have never met a doctor with so much care for his patients and so Meticulous . He seriously strives for 150% perfection. I suggest him to everyone I know.
