Disappointing Experience

You get a haircut and at least one person will say to you the next day, "great haircut:," you look nice" or even "did you get your haircut?" When there's silence, you know something went horribly wrong. I arrived at Beauty Heaven hoping to receive friendly service and a professional style and cut. Friendly service was the stylist taking phone calls and making appointment while washing and cutting my hair. Professional cut, well, I left with less money in my pocket and a sloppy haircut for which I had to take pair of scissors to correct. Very, very disappointed. At least I know it will grow back.

Pros: None

Cons: Ambience non-existent, parking limited, location dificult to find, service, definitely not up scale

I'm so sorry you had a bad outcome. I take great care to make sure that everyone that comes to Beauty Heaven has a great experience. All the stylists are highly trained in haircutting and the other services we offer, so I'm very disappointed that you feel that the haircut wasn't technically up to par. I also see that you also had trouble with parking, however, there is also underground parking with several hundred spots with a stairway leading right up to our front door which you may not have noticed. I would be happy to have you come in to have our Creative Director address the issue you have with your cut or refund your money. Please contact me directly at ann@beauty-heaven.net
