Kaila is the BEST!!

I have had several hair cuts with Kaila and they always look great and the cut seems to last a long time. What I like is that she cuts my hair so no matter how it blows it still looks great- this is great for the beach. RUN, DON'T WALK to KAILA!!

Salon L: Best Service and Cut Anywhere

I've been getting my hair cut by Terry for over 16 years. He didn't always have Salon L. He ran the salon at the Four Seasons for years, exceeding their standards so much that he opened up his own place in Newport Beach.

I live in San Diego and have to admit, once or twice I thought I didn't have the time to drive to Newport so I got a "local cut." I regretted it each time and now will not let anyone touch my hair except Terry or one of his stylists.

I have a couple other friends that drive down from the mountains just to get their hair done from Terry.

The service is great here and the people treat you like they appreciate your business, unlike so many other "high class" salons where they make you feel that you're lucky to allow them to touch your hair.

Terry's a great guy and the whole place reflects his relaxed and happy attitude on life and toward his customers. I promise you will happy you chose Salon L.

Great Service

My friend referred me to Elizabeth because I wasn't happy with my old hair girl. I was nervous to see someone new but, so glad I finally made the change. I will be going back her her from now on! I am VERY impressed with her. She's fast, creative, and does excellent color and cuts! Her prices are what is really great. Other salons I have been to around here charge two times more than her! Elisabeth is great, the salon is nice, prices are awesome, and I give it five stars! I would definately refer my friends to this lady!

Elisabeth really knew her color

I recently went in to have Elisabeth do some touch ups. I always have the problem that my hair turns orange and have never found someone that can do it perfectly. I was SOOO happy to have found Elisabeth. My hair is PERFECT and it is the first time in years it isn't orange at all. I will be going back to her for sure!!!

I highly recommend her if you are looking to have your hair colored.

Bernadette was great!

I had my hair cut and colored recently by Bernadette at Salon L. She did an outstanding job choosing the perfect color for my face and covered all my gray. She gave me a great cut that I am able to keep up with and listened to what I wanted and could handle with a busy life. I have a special wedding to attend soon and will be going to Bernadette for her help in looking great for it.

WOW! A "Cut" above the rest

I have been going to the same place for 12 years and decided to try Salon L on a recommendation. Drove there from Huntington Beach and had a style cut by Bernadette.... great cut, great service. What more could you want from someone you see more regularly than your doctor? Impressive Bernadette was!

Lauren is amazing!

Im new in the area and was nervous about going to a new salon. After doing much research and reading reviews i called Salon L. Im so glad i did. Very friendly staff. Lauren did my highlights and cut, she is soooo great. She has a passion for what she does and is very knowledgable. She was friendly and very easy to talk to. Im so happy with the overall experience, ive already scheduled to go back next month.

Terry is #1

Terry has great instincts and knows how to make bad hair look good!

I've noticed that Terry caters to the personality of whoever sits in his chair - above and beyond customer service!

I drive from Beverly Hills to Newport Beach every few weeks to get my hair cut by Terry.

Highly recommended!

13 years and no plans to end it

Terry Landers, owner of Salon L, has done my hair since 1996. I wouldn't dream of ever going to another stylist to do my hair cut or color. He knows my hair and what it can (and can't) do. If something won't work for my hair type, he'll tell me.

I have referred friends, relatives, and co-workers to Terry and not one of them has been unhappy with his work.

Run, don't walk to Terry. Let him fix your hair. You'll be glad you did.

Newports best salon

I could not have asked for more !! This salon is a great find if you are looking for a beautiful location and excellent service. The staff is very talented and friendly.The owner Terry helped match me with the perfect stylest. My hair looks so good I have never been treated so well at a salon before everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful they all work together as a team its such a relaxing and care free experince I will be sending all of my friends and family to this wonderful salon.
