I saw Ashley for my color, cut and hair extensions. My hair was dry and very unhealthy, Ashley turned my hair around and it looks great. She uses the best hair extensions that keeps your hair healthy and looking natural. Salon L has great products too! Great place to go, I am so happy I found her and would recommend her to anyone!

I am incredibly picky when selecting a stylist. I had some bad experiences when I was younger, but my hair is finally long, and in pretty good condition - so I protect it fiercely! ; ) That said, I don't think I've ever found a better stylist for cut or color than Tiffany Shibazaki at Salon L... (I've lived in Santa Barbara, LA, Seattle, NY and Boston...) Her prices are reasonable (very affordable for the area), she is really well-informed and funny, and she did the amazing: colored my 30-something hair (some grays - ugh) to match the picture I brought in of Fergie ; ) --- as well as anyone could have, realistically! It was really close AND accomplished with a PARTIAL highlight / lowlight. I have only received this kind of service at one other Salon: Prive on Melrose --- from Michael Canale (known for some celebrity clients - e.g. Jennifer Aniston) who has since opened his own Beverly Hills salon. Prior to Tiffany, he was my all-time favorite. Now, they're pretty much tied. Additionally, I visited Michael for color (he's probably an excellent stylist as well). I know that Tiffany is great at both color and style. Last of all, she spends so much time on my hair - getting it right, and she's just a fun person. I feel like I just received Beverly Hills / Newport Beach / NYC, etc....treatment when I leave. I had intended to type this a long time ago: She's done my hair for about a year, and I've never been disappointed. Great Salon. Great Stylist!

I had my hair done by Lisa W at Salon L and she did an amazing job! She did exactly what i asked her to, and she was a delight to chat with. I would recomend her to anyone!

I am very happy that I have found Cindy Wade at Salon L. She is a professional, upscale and meticulous hairstylist and colorist. I highly recommend this salon, and in particular, Cindy.

I am so happy with Salon L. Terry is an excellent hair stylist and a master at hair color. If you have ever had an experience where it was difficult to communicate with a hair stylist, you will appreciate Terry. He listens to what you want to do with your hair and will make very helpful suggestions. He made my hair look better than it has ever looked before. The comments I've received from my friends confirm it. They say things like, "You look younger", "It looks so natural", "Your hair looks so shiny and healthy" , "I love the cut" , "Wow, you really look good", and the list goes on. Many of my friends want to know who did my hair. Terry really cares and will work with you to give you the hairstyle and color that you'll walk out feeling good about. I have never been treated as well at any other hair salon as I was treated at Salon L.

I traveled 2000 miles to have Cindy Wade cut and color my hair. REALLY!! Cindy has been my hair stylist for several years . . . UNFORTUNATELY, in MICHIGAN!! SO, here I am in CA!! In addition, I have scheduled a return visit in April. Definitely worth the trip. I have tried other stylists and have not found anyone as good as she. Cindy has an incredible technique and vision for hair - - - cut or color. CA is very fortunate to have Cindy. Salon L is a perfect fit for Cindy; very professional, energetic, fun and accommodating. When you walk out of the salon you feel ready for the cover of Glamour!!

I had my hair cut and colored by Cindy Wade for the first time and could not believe the difference in my hair. Cindy's cut was exact and she softened and blended the hair lines. Cindy tamed my natural curl and showed me how to straighten my hair. I have never had a stylist take the time to show me how to duplicate what she did. Now, my color is INCREDIBLE!! She colorerd and highlighted all the right places. I look and feel years younger. Cindy definitely knows hair. Cindy works in an inviting, fun atmosphere at Salon L. Everyone there made me feel at home, and was very accommodating. Loved the salon, and loved the hands on care. A MUST TRY!!! I will be back.

WOW.......Where do I even begin! I just absolutely LOVE this salon!! I was SUPER IMPRESSED by the ULTIMATE service, the UPBEAT energy, and the FRIENDLY staff... but the most important part of this salon is MISS CINDY WADE! She is a definite Blessing!! I moved to southern CA about 2 1/2 years ago and was in desparate need of an hairstylist! As all of us girls know, we can't just walk into a new salon and expect the same level of service that we had gotten from our old stylist. It takes a whole lot of COURAGE to even ask for a NEW HAIRCUT or color, let alone, trust a total stranger. So, to make a long disaster short, after applying several different varieties of store bought products that totally destroyed my hair.... I met CINDY! Her SWEET and CARING personality made my feel extremely COMFORTABLE which got me into the hot seat to begin with. She listened to all my CONCERNS and then explained to me, STEP BY STEP, the process to get my hair HEALTHY again. She took her time w/the coloring process, describing to me what colors would work BEST and why which even got me more EXCITED about my new hair.....She then took her time styling my hair, pulling out TECHNIQUES that I never even seen before, cutting, twisting, shaping, allowing her TALENT to take over. Before I knew it, Cindy had made me into a NEW WOMAN. Not only was the color IMPRESSIVE but the haircut itself was MAGNIFICENT. I never felt so good about my hair in my entire life. CINDY'S THE BEST......A LIFE CHANGING EXPERIENCE!!! YOU ROCK CINDY.....THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!

Terry Landers has created a salon that not only gives you a great hair style and color, but SUPER personal service and an environment that is high class without feeling pretentious. I always appreciate how Terry gives great recommendations on how to keep your style even after you leave the salon with suggestions on upkeep. He is great to answer all my questions also. AND he really is a NICE GUY. After sitting in his chair I always walk out in a fantastic mood. So far, I have referred four friends and each one has nothing but a positive experience to report. My recommendation - Grab a cup of coffee at Java City and see Terry for a morning appointment. The Salon L experience is a super way to start a day!

I was asked to be the Maid of Honor in my bestfriends weddding, shortly thereafter my hair was ruined by my ex-hairdresser.... I was referred to APRIL GARRETT at Salon L and made an appointment ASAP! April was extremely warm and sincere, she took my hair and WORKED MIRACLES with it . I also loved that she took extra time and thru in a conditioning service. April does all of her own work, not like other stylists that I've been to who have their assistants do all of the work while they are sqeezing every person that they can into the day and only spending 15 minutes with each client. April made me look gorgeous, my highlights were amazing and the cut was awesome, I'm getting extensions put in by April after the wedding too (yeah)!!!! I can't wait to visit April at Salon L in six weeks, I'm so glad I can pass the word on and let others "find" her too.
