Poor customer service and delivery

Received flowers from this company from my Dad for Valentines. I live in a large complex, and they just left the flowers outside my door (no wrapping, not even in the door frame). Didn't even leave it at the leasing office (which is typical policy for deliveries). When I called store to see why, was told that this was company policy, and there was no guarantee to ensure that I received them. What if someone has stolen them? (Desperate measures on Valentines Day). Rude customer service representative. Not recommended as they are not very accommodating.
