After reading positive reviews, I decided to visit hrd werc with the hopes to meet the trainer and have some questions answered, excited about the possibilities of pursuing this path for myself. He spoke to me through a half open door with a tone that seemed condescending and rude, ultimately delivering the message, "I am booked solid and not accepting any new clients." No goodbye or thanks for coming by, just a door in my face. I can understand the root of the message, but its all in the delivery, lets not forget your business does necessitate some basic social skills. It was a disheartening experience.

I've trained with Rocco for six years and I'm satisfied that I've found the bestpersonal training buy around. His rate is extremely reasonable for what he offers and what he offers me is his own fully-equipped gym, a program tailored to my needs, and conscientious, expert and safe training. He's a great person, a fitness model in his own right, doesn't let me slack off so he's keeping me healthy and fit. No wonder his clients sing his praises. If he can fit you in, you'll be fit to win!

Rocco is extremely dependable, knowledgeable, reasonable and spots your every move! He has ensured I have had zero injuries while working out. He does not waste your time with idle chat. He is one you should try out.

Great private one on one personal training facility. Fully equipped, close to everything and plenty of parking. Rocco is a personal trainer who has been working out for over 30 years, and a personal trainer for 15. He is knowledgeable about weight issues and proper training for individuals with health problems/age groups. Highly recommend and rates are the lowest especially for a private gym. Walk by check it out you will be suprised about how much equipment and experience he has.
Pros: Its all good can't go wrong

Private gym in a great location. Off the 163 and 8 frwy. Trainer is very exp. been working out since 1973 and ace certified since 1992. Specializing in all your training needs and catered to mine exactly as needed. Lots of exp. and at a very reasonable price. $40-45 hour try to find that for a trainer and especially a private fully equipped gym. Thanks city search
