I have been training with Chris for over a year. I feel and look great. His workouts are intense but personalized for what you can handle. I have muscle tone and more energy since starting the program. If you ever want to miss a workout, you better have a great excuse, Chris doesn't except lame excuses. Thanks for the workouts and friendship, it is appreciated.
