I am so tired of having to deal with corporate wireless dealers (Cingular), where the employees just don't care about customer service. They're answer to everything wrong, is to "call customer service". Fed up, I went into the Yakety Yak store in Irvine, and was blown away by their great attitude and superb customer service. Great job!
Pros: Good store layout, clean, great customer service
Cons: Too many great phones to choose from...
