Its a headache to call sears outlet customer service, none of them can speak good english, one cannot understand what they are speaking.Too many people handling the issue, everytime I called had to explain the same story to each one of them, can get hold of the person whom you talked to last time. Just too bad. Fedup with their service. should have a different service department to take care of the issues.

I purchased a couple of bosch appliances here. I saved enough on these nice high end bosch products (range, dishwasher) to purchase the extended warranty on both and still save money from what I would have spent if I bought them new. not too shabby
