Staff was great!! Answered all of my many questions. I recommend this medspa to all my girlfriends. Everyone was so helpful,friendly and professional.

Laser burn for IPL

Do not go here for numerous reasons and remember you get what you pay for they are super pushy trying to sell their packages it's like being harassed on vacation for a time share!!! The worse part is I went there for laser to remove my brown spots and now I have zebra stripes on my legs!!! My brown spots haven't changed at all.I got burn't so bad my legs blistered, itched, and scabbed for weeks. Now not only do I have brown spots I have zebra striping. I have had IPL before on my face and chest performed by a Dr. and I did not get any of this striping "permanent striping" and burning itchy blisters and my brown spots went away....and I have not been in the sun for months before this nor any type of tanning. I know everyone reacts different but this is really bad, everyone I show is just amazed that they are in business!! The only answer they have is pushing me to get other laser treatments "spend more money" it's really sad that people who are inexperienced would use a laser that could impair someone so bad and disregard it. DONT GO HERE!!!! Another complaint... When you check out to leave they push tipping with a tip container now and new packages it's a joke. I have never tipped a doctor or a nurse only for a facial or massage in a spa you should never be asked to tip in a medspa!!! Now I am going to look for a dermatologist in hopes I might be able to wear shorts this summer. Forget these so called medspas go to a regular doctor's office.

Shady practices

I've been going to Degam for about 3 years now because I didn't know where else to go in the area for good salon services. Well, the service is ok, but the prices are high, the staff unreasonable and mean, and the owner is unwilling to offer good customer service. They are out to get your money, but once they do, they treat you like dirt. I was schmoozed and paid $300 for a "package" deal that I very much regret. Once they have your cash, customer service is gone. When they wanted to alter my contract and I refused, they were unwilling to budge. I asked for my money back (the amount that equaled unused treatments), and the owner lied about what I was owed and refused to come to an agreement. I am in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company, but PLEASE learn from my mistakes and DO NOT GO HERE.

Staff is very unfriendly and do not seem to be properly trained. They overcharged me and were not as effective as other removal centers I have been to. Save your money and go to DermFX

Great facial and cellulite treatment!

OK, so I was in Germany having the time of my life for 7 months with no facial or gym and I gained a bunch of weight! Coming back to Orange County was great but my skin and legs were aweful! Well, back to Degam I went for a Micropeel which made my skin just glow and so0oo smooth...perfect for my upcoming Christmas party! TriActive is great for the cellulite, I'm still working on it, but it's getting alot better. By the way, the staff at Degam are great, they make you feel like part of the family!

• Pros: Really, everything!
• Cons: Just remember to bring your ticket from the parking lot to be validated - I forgot it once and had to go back upstairs!
