Adam Etchegoyen is more than just a personal trainer, he's your fitness partner. He develops the strategy and provides the motivation to help you win no matter what your goals are. If you need to lose more than just a few pounds, like I did, you need someone to develop a strategy for permanent weight loss and life style change. Adam did that. No fad diets, no impossible regiments, just solid advice and counseling for a life change which yielded permanent results within my schedule and my routine. Forget for a second that you will look and feel great, how about having fun doing it? How about learning to box and pushing your body to achieve results you thought were 10 years behind you? I've been training for 9 months now and I'm about 4 months away from hitting the same weight I was when I was 20. I've changed they way I eat and I've changed the way I work out.
