scams, lies, rip offs

Restaurant - way overpriced for small portions of bad quality food, everything tasted like the sauce it was drowning in. = i was overcharged 30% for my meal and the waitress was nice enough to tell me that i had to complain to the manager myself to get any resolve, the first thing the manager said was "you ate it so you have to pay" but when i got angry he said "whats wrong? is the price too much for you?", no its just wrong you arrogant retard, two of my friends were also over charged but not by that much = the managers explanation for the over charge was that we were given old menus and what i ordered had changed in price and description but was never reflected in the menus, that is ridiculous and unacceptable, its your job to know how your establishment is being run, i feel it was a total lie considering i looked at five different menus that night from our table as well as from the hostess and they all were the same reconfirming my complaint, the price gouge was fixed eventually = Club - no line, no cover, some live entertainment i had no interest in, actually had a great tequila DJ1942 for a reasonable price = the only problem with the drinks were that i was charged twice after i left, i didnt know until i checked my bills, ive never been double charged anywhere else but i wasnt totally shocked that it happened at this place = so bad i had to sign up just to write this

Worst place EVER

I went to Tentation for Deadmou5 show. The place was double packed from its capacity no triple, no, no double triple packed. the line for will call and GA reminded me lines in Soviet union, and retard calling promoter of this event a selector should be fired for organizing such a bloody stinky event.

So Much Fun!

Okay, so my fiance and I like to have a nice date night once in a while, to keep things spicy. We get dressed up, have a little dinner and then go dancing. When he took me here, we had a great time. The service was beyond fabulous. The manager even dropped by to make sure we were being well taken care of. The food was yummy, I recommend the fillet mignon won tons and the molten chocolate dessert. The drinks were great, and not too pricey. When we went over to the Ultra Lounge, we had a blast! Lots of people dancing, great music and a fun place.

We have been back a few more times and it's always a good time. Especially the night we saw the Ying Yang twins! What a great concert! Bottom line: if you are looking for a fun, upscale night out this is your place. If you just want to get your drink on on the cheap, you should probably just go to the BevMo and stay home.

SO bad... and such a rip off.

You can't make OC LA. It just can't be done. Nice atmosphere, same old crowd. The music was good but BE CAREFUL. They are looking to squeeze every penny out of you possible. We were scammed into more bottles than we wanted and our bill was over $1000. Our waitress put a 2nd bottle on our table and told 3 different people that 3 different people ordered it. In truth, one person did and it wasn't her credit card or license that was being held. They have no soul. Truly. By the way, they charge you for the bottle and then charge you for everything you drink with your booze (redbull, etc). Bad business.

Go to Sutra (trust me)

This place is so bad..Its just a bunch of asian party kids on X and they all end up sitting around watching eachothers hands haha. This is most in part to the owner Daniel Sadka who just owns the place so people will like him and doesnt really care hows it is run. This must be why sutra does alot better every night because they make you feel like you are the best guest they have. We went to Ten and first i step out of my bently GT like anyother socal brat and they tell us that the two girls we are with cant come in becasue they had on white dresses ??? first of all they were 4500 dior and it was just insane...im not sure who gave the door men all these rules but i dont think it was daniel so just save your time and find a diffrent place

good bottle service.

i came with my best girlfriend and four guys and we were planning on buying a table, we walk up and the boys get denied for wearing white shirts because the inside is white, we've been there before and never had that problem, and then we get carded and the doorman thinks that my id isn't me! i didn't bring a credit card because i wasn't planning on paying anything but i did bring some cash (just in case). i tried to convince them for a good 15 minutes before they made me "humor them" and sign my name three times, i did and they said i was good. i thought it was kind of weird, considering my id was me! finally we get our table and we go inside, snotty girls giving dirty looks, lots of "older men" not really that many good looking people, but i had fun with my friends. lots of security guards walking around that think they're cops or something.. kind of annoying. they kept wiping our table down which got a little aggravating. finally when it was time to leave the security guards kept asking if we were okay to drive, my girlfriend only had one drink and was sober when we left and they didn't believe her or something and kept trying to get us to take a cab... we don't need babysitters! thanks. overall, i give it three stars, there was good music and the bottle service was pretty good.

Snobby & Snotty

This place is highly over rated. Nothing but a bunch of snobby people that are trying to act like LA pimps but in reality they are in a stupid strip mall. I am speaking both of the crowd and the staff.

If you want real action and someting to back up the attitude go up to LA on a week night.

ALL the comments with a one star rating ARE true ! The line games, the BAD service and to sum it all up "RIP OFF !" I don't know how much money they paid to have people comment that it was the best place they ever been too and that they had a good time (I guess the employees who work there though it'd be a good idea to hype it up w/ dishonest ratings) like their fake "long lines !"...If you want to get ripped off and treated badly, there are STILL other places you can go but here !

Fun once in awhile

I waited in line for 20 minutes. There was alot of annoying guys in the club. The drinks were strong. Kinda sweaty. Still had fun on a girls night out

Pay Money and Get Harassed

I was never humiliated by anybody as much as I was humiliated by this huge black manager of the nightclub. I cannot believe that the owner of that club would hire a manager who approaches people in such a threatening and rude manner. I was really disappointed. I felt really threatened when he started talking to me. Regardless of how they think they need to run that nightclub, they do not have the right to approach patrons the way they do. We're going out to have a good time -- we didn't deserve to be treated the way he treated us. He treated us like we're in prison and that's not the way you handle customer service positions. So if anybody wants to be treated disrespectfully, go and meet the manager of this place.
