Amazing. I parked my car along the curb in front of my house (and unfortunately the driveway across the street). It was raining pretty badly and the teenager across the street, who just recently got his license, started backing out of his drive way. I don’t think he realized he had hit the gas pedal instead of the break when all of the sudden his car was one with mine. Luckily I just needed two new doors and there was no other damage done. I took my car to Fountain Valley Body Works and they were amazing! I figured I would be out of a car for about a week, but it ended up only taking three days. They were great about communication and informing me of when they received the new doors and when they would be putting them on. Overall the experience was pretty painless.…

From ANGRY to HAPPY. My boyfriend took my car for the weekend and came back with a surprise. A very bad suprise. He had ruined the whole side of my car by sideswiping my car along a pole. I was furious but luckily I had remembered a commercial I saw on the television. The Fountain Valley Body Works commercial was stuck in my head so I looked them up online and went on in for an estimate. They were reasonable and had very professional people to talk to. Made me smile. When I got into an accident, my heart dropped when I saw my baby (toyota tacoma) all ruined. I did some research and I decided on Fountain Valley Body Works because of the reviews I saw. When the car was in the shop they let me know what was going on throughout the process. Best body shop I have worked with. I wasn't quite sure about where to take my car to get fixed since I have had bad experiences in the past with other body shops but Fountain Valley Body Works Express was the most friendly and helpful shop I have ever been to. They got my car fixed quickly and they did it the right way. I will definitely be going back there if I need to get my car's body fixed again. :)…

Worst Body Shop Ever. Fountain Valley Body Works is perhaps the worst place as far as customer service, compassion for their customers and work in general. If you are looking for quality work and a safe vehicle, please do not take your vehicle to this place.

Too many issues to discuss. But most importantly, I had to take my car back twice within hours of picking it up and will unfortunately have to take it back yet a third time for additional work that was not done the first three times the car was with them.…
