I love Unique. My family has been using unique for as long as I can remember for my house and buisness, and they have always worked with us. UNPROFFESIONAL AND UNRELIABLE!.
In the last two months they have not shown up for 3 appointments. When I would call to ask if someone was going to come that day either the office was closed or I was told someone would call me back
soon and I would not receive a phone call until the next day. Prior to that my service was supposed to be at 10 a.m. and half the time the cleaner would show up at 1:00. I called to tell them I need the cleaner to be consistent and reliable as I have 5 month old twins and work from home it’s not that easy to get them ready and out of the house for a few hours so the cleaners can do their job.
They have lied on a few occasions telling me that the key was not under the doormat and it was or I was in the house and they didn’t knock. Their office manager seems confused and doesn’t understand English very well.
They also do not do that great of a job cleaning. I used them because they were quite a bit cheaper than merry maids but I guess you get what you pay for.…
Unique was not that reliable. I used Teresa for several months. The first they came through my condo they really did a great job - even finding places for things that should not be on the counters. The first cleaning was 2.5 times the estimate - understandable. I had issues with breakage and Teresa's people denying they had broken anything. I can understand light fixtures or bulbs but not electrical outlets and the drawer in my basin they dropped and shattered. They were typically 1 - 2 hours late so that made it difficult as I had to stay behind to let them in.…
Unique is very professional.. I have been using them for 2 years and I recomend them to many of my friends. Teresa has been very relaiable always, and the cleaning people are always polite and on time.
Unique Never Showed Up.
I was a "first time customer". Teresa Zand promised in writing that her crew would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00 am today. Two hours later they called and said they would be late. Then 30 minutes
after that they called again and said they wouldn't be here today at all.
This business has wasted my time. My time is worth money too.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNIQUE SERVICE TO ANYONE.
