Way to go local company! I like to see santa monica based companies doing well and I recently noticed Westside Rentals has started live-support 24 hours a day. Admittedly, looking for an apartment at 4am is not the best strategy, but I pinged them with a live chat and the person was helpful and actually in LA. Very nice.
