I just got off the phone with them for inquiring about a my $400 they were suppose to send out to fix and after 5 months, they still didn't receive the phone. When they picked up the phone, they talked in Chinese, then realized I was an English speaking customer so they handed off the phone to someone else who can also barely speak English. I didn't have my invoice in front of me so they couldn't search me in their system without an invoice number. My name didn't even come up in their system. And after about 1 minute on the phone with them and obviously they couldn't find my phone in their system, They told me "Im busy right now, so I can't talk to you".
Pros: none at all
Cons: they are rude, bad work ethics.

The entire staff is rude and incompetent. Make sure you get everything they promise you upfront before you pay otherwise you will never see your money back or items you purchased.
