UNETHICAL AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I had a similar experience. They lie on your face. Can't write anything more and I don't have time to deal with these cheaters. Avoid them. Pay some more money and get the job done right in a professional manner somewhere else.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR AUDIO SHOP! I gave them one star even though they deserve Zero. If i chose zero stars, viewers might have mistaken the rating for five stars. They do terrible installation work, and lied to my face, so why wouldn't they lie to you. WHAT HAPPENED? Well, I went there to purchase a Satellite ready radio, and install a Sirius system. Two days after the install, it was hot, and the radio started to fall into the dash, I pulled on the dashkit they used to install the radio, and it pulled out like a book would be pulled of the shelf at a library. When I pulled the unit out, I saw that they duct taped the new radio they sold me to the dash kit. No brackets, no screws. just tape wrapped around the radio and dash kit. Because of the heat, the tape started melting, and the unit began to sink into the dash. I am glad it was only a couple of days, when i realized what they did. I went right back, and they did it again while i watched, but they didn't do it much better. After realizing that I was not going to get anything more professional from them, I let them finish the "fix", and I have decided to mount it in myself. ADDITIONALLY, the stock unit they removed was damaged by the technician. He must not have had the proper removal tool that is used to remove the stock unit. The tool pushes into the holes on my stock radio, and it pops out like a cassette tape would. They scratched the dash when prying it out, and snapped all the brackets that hold the front of the unit to the body of the radio. It can not be reinstalled into my car, if i wish to do so when reselling it. The unit's front bezel needs to be replaced, or it will just hang down out of the dash. I made them sign for my damaged radio (which functioned fine), and i left it for them to fix. In short, they are unprofessional, unethical, and will lie to your face. I will back up every word of this in court too. I have photos of everything. Do yourself a favor, Stay away from Z Auto Sound!
