This beautiful spa has FANTASTIC FOOD! I'll be back even if I don't have time for a service. The massages are pretty fantastic too, but Carolyn is the best facialist in town

Pros: Facials, Sushi, Massage

I do alot of traveling, and I have to say, these people are just nice. Not exactly a resort spa, but it is far above and beyond what you would expect from a day spa or anything else in the area.

I am recommending and absoultly going back and with my mom and sister. This was my 1st Hot Stone Therapy expericence and let me tell you ....you must try this! It was an incrediable 75minutes of pure bliss. It was as if all my cares had melted away. With perfect pressure she rubbed and geled my muscles and feet with hot stones and even put little tiny ones in between my toes. I felt completly grounded, in the end she had to wake me up. My therapist was so caring and attentive. I was deeply impressed with Victoria, who came highly recomended by the Spa Director Debbie Castillo. The staff there is so nuturing and helpful, they always meet my needs and offer different scented shower rooms, chill towels with cucumbers, steam, suana and whirlpool!!! I look foward to my next service, which I happened to book that same day on my way out for Mothers Day!

I tried the Water facial and it definitely works! My wife is always talking about these expensive treatments and she made the appointments..I don't regret it. I think she was trying to tell me I needed to look younger! Well, I do. The Hydrafacial has great results, a bit pricey, but I guess you can't put a $ on youth! I'll be back when I can afford it.

Pros: A facial that works!

Cons: slightly pricey

PROS: The lobby is beautiful and luxurious. The staff is friendly and polite. My massage was good, not excellent. These are the ONLY positive things I have to say. I am not a spa connoisseur but a value connoisseur. CONS: The entire time I was in my treatment room there were loud voices incessently talking on the outside. No one uses quiet or whispering voices; staff, therapsits, and patrons speak like they are walking around the mall. The lounge is circa 1993 with pastel colors of peach, pink and green and large pine armioire(white washed) with a TV blaring food network!!!! The place needs to be remodeled. The marble is plentiful, but badly needs to be rehabbed. One of the worst things was that attendants congragated and socialized with one another in guest area. Staff should be rarely seen and never heard in a spa. The sauna had dust all around. One of the towels I picked up had brown stains on it. (no joke) The water on my shower took 10 min. to heat. I am not a complainer nor hard to please. I complained about my horrible experience in my treatment room. I got my $4 valet taken care of WOW. The valet service itself is pretentious and seemingly rather useless. I have been here twice due to a gift certificate. First time: I left thinking- what is all the fuss about? Kinda a dump. Second time: I left very irritated and feeling angry that someone gave me such a nice gift that basically sucked. This place is overpriced, totally not relaxing at all!!! Low class place, high prices. Just like so many other crappy cultural things in OC, this place's reputation is a wash. (in other words: people apparently pay the money here to say they go to "the spa") At best you could call this place a mediocre health club with spa services. I have been to the spas @ mandalay bay, canyon ranch, bellagio and extensively in Sedona. My advice: Go to Spa Gregorie's, montage, surf and sand etc.

Pros: Nice Lobby, My Therapist was nice

Cons: Noisy, not relaxing, overpriced, poor value, needs to be remodeled

My wife made me go...and it was fantastic. I had a great facial and pedicure, which I won't admit to my friends, but there were just as many men here as women...So I'm hooked and don't feel out of place. There's a reason why women retreat to this place, it's just perfect. My services were fantastic and my wife and I were able to sit side my side to get our pedicures in a private little suite. We'll be back.

Pros: Male Friendly and Great Services

I recently became a member and this place is just hands down the best around. I've only had a few services but they were all exceptional. The fitness club is private, just like I like it! I think I have discovered my new lifestyle! I recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel good in a private setting w/ steam rooms, saunas, a pool!!! Keep up the good work.

Pros: location, valet parking, massage, membership is a great value

Cons: absolutely NONE

Pros: Genuine People, beautiful spa, great pool

Cons: hard to find

I have been going to this spa for several years for facials and massages, but the service has consistently declined. While the atmosphere is lovely, the quality of the services leaves something to be desired. Their cancellation policy is much too rigid: if you cancel in under 24 hours, you will be charged a fee, even if you are having a medical emergency and are at the ER! It's not worth it. Take your business elsewhere--I know I will.

Pros: Beautiful facility

Cons: Poor customer service
