Dr. Effron and all her associates are very professional and she is very passionate about her work. She is an excellent resource for diagnosing all types of skin, hair and nail disorders. She has done wonders for my family.

Pros: knowledgable

Cons: wait time (but it's worth it!)

I went for a visit and saw Dr. Effron's PA, Donna. From the minute I walked into the office, I was turned off. First of all, IT WAS FREEZING in there and the TV was so loud! Then they called me back to the room where I sat for a LONG TIME! Then the worst part...I could hear EVERYTHING that the PA was saying to her patient next door and let me tell, this would be something he would want NOBODY to hear!! Luckily, I did not see him or hear his name! Extremely personal information that I could hear verbatim. The PA was loud and sounded very annoyed with him. Then she came and was whispeing "loudly" about his situation, money, etc. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I felt so sorry for the way this poor man was treated and the fact that I heard his business. Then my turn came and again, she seemed a little annoyed and rushed. She questioned me with a tone that seemed irriated and then gave me very little advise on my problem. She then wanted to sell me a bunch of product. I have a medical background and KNOW that the issue with sound and conversations is a big deal! According to an arbitration attorney I worked with, you can file a complaint (or worse) for breach of confidentiality for this! If I were that man and knew that other patients could hear my business, I would file a formal complaint! Find someone else to go to!

Pros: close to my office

Cons: EVERYTHING!

dr. cheryl effron is the best doctor i've ever had. i've been a patient of her for 7 or 8 years now. i been in to her office several times with break outs of rashes on my face and body. most of the my skin was horrible and it hurt. when i go to dr. effron's office it's worth the hour wait for her. she takes one look at me and explains to me what i have and prescribes me what i need...she said it'll cure in 4 days and you know what...my skin did. 4 days my rashes were gone and the swelling went down in a day. i'm very happy with dr. effron and won't see anyone else. she straight to the point and will let you know what to do to make your skin look and feel better.

I have been a patient with dr effron and I all I got from her was a big debt and no imporvement on my skin, or my daughters warts. she would come in and try to treat my daughters warts with this can and when my daughter would start to cry she would say loudly " IT DOESN'T HURT AND STOP CRYING!! I never brought her back. everytime I came in, I told to get some new cleanser or some kind of product (and you would never guess whos name was on the jars) Dr Cheryl Effron if this is not a way to sell her product I don't know what is. she always told me that her product had everything I needed in it, after some investigating I found the same chemicals in over the counter products. You have to wait to see her in the waiting room for sometimes up to an hour and then wait in the back room for another half an hour to have her come in for 5 minutes. she is rude, and does not have a bed side manner I can not agree that she care for her patients to me she only cares for her $$$$

Pros: late appointments

Cons: always waiting and rushed visits all about the money

I would have to say that Dr. Effron is the best Dr. I have ever gone to - ever. You can just tell that she truly cares about her patients and loves to be a Dermatologist. I've gotten moles removed and I can't even see a scar. I've had laser hair removal and it has been extremely successful and pretty much painless. She makes sure to examine my skin everytime I come into her office because I have fair skin with "scary moles" - as she says. She tells me to wear 60 spf! Her staff told me that she lectures around the globe for Dermatology - basically she is on the forfront of anything dermatological or cosmetic. She has squeezed me in early in the morning and once I went in at 6:30pm. She cares for me as if I was her own and for that reason I'd recommend her to anybody.

Pros: Does Great Cosmetic Work, Passionate about Dermatology, Cares about Patients

Cons: None! (well, you may have to wait a few minutes, but not bad!)
