Big fun, for a reasonable price
by swurvinmurv
I'm 18-years-old, and I go to Soak City with my friend, basically, every Monday during summer, and I have to say that we still have a blast. Although we do everything within the first hour or two, it stills is loads of fun. If you're going there soon, Pacific Spin is a must-do, and I mean it! The Toyota Beach House is also a place for families with children a little older than toddlers, and for everyone else. Old Man Falls is also a must-do. Although some people maybe afraid of the height, it's not too bad once you're up there. The lazy river is very relaxing, and finally, Banzai Falls is a great ride for the competitor in all of us. I can't wait for Soak City to open for the season. Everyone needs to go!
- Pros: High Thrills, low attendence on Mondays, something for everyone
- Cons: price of food(I realize it's a resort park, but $9 for a hamburger combo? Come On! A tip is to eat a big breakfast, then don't eat until after you leave for the day.)
Soak up good, clean fun at Knott's Berry Farm's water park.

The Appeal
Opened in June 2000, this Knott's-adjacent park is noticeably cleaner than the veteran parks. Though its 13 acres may seem a tad small, Soak City is packed to the gills with rides and gets bonus points for a bright and cutesy 1950s California beach theme.
Facts and Features
The Laguna Storm Water Tower features three ominous-looking tube chutes. Old Man Falls boasts the park's fastest slides, some with nearly vertical drops. Banzai Falls allows speedsters to race down a steep six-lane hill. Keep in mind that most of the slides have a 48-inch height requirement. For those who don't quite hit the height line, the Gremmie Lagoon is an oasis of small waterfalls and activity pools. Families can cruise down the Sparkletts Sunset River ride or splash it up in the Toyota Beach House.
Good place for a BDay Party!
by james_carpenter
My daughter (7 years old at the time) had her Birthday Party at Knotts Soak City last year. We all had a great time! Soak Citys rides are not as strong as the other water parks; this made the experience excellent for a younger family less to worry about and the day highly enjoyable. Soak City was great for my daughter's party - well managed, clean and not overly crowed. With a coupon the price was very reasonable. We ordered a cake from the Knotts bakery across the street and had a great time.
- Pros: Pleasant facility, good for youngers, family fun
- Cons: not for older teens
