The finest in California livin', Mickey style.

In Short
Formerly the Disneyland Pacific Hotel, the turquoise-trimmed tower was renovated to blend seamlessly into the park's colorful Paradise Pier landscape. The atmosphere is laid-back beach culture mixed with that pervasive "Happiest Place on Earth" thing. From art deco stylings to the lobby's neon artwork, it's quintessential California-by-the-sea topped with panoramic views of Paradise Pier's towering rides.
Disney's huggable friends provide a festive atmosphere at this huge high-rise hotel.

The Scene
The name is more exciting than the actual hotel, but this high rise does offer a private entrance to California Adventure and Disneyland. The contemporary hotel's most distinguishing feature is its proliferation of Disney-themed art and artifacts, not to mention "real" Disney characters in the lobby.
The Details
Guestrooms are large and feature huge beds and comfortable sitting areas. Two restaurants, Yamabuki and PHC Grill, serve unauthentic Japanese and California cuisine classics, respectively. Adult guests will like the modern fitness center, while kids are entertained in the video arcade and rooftop pool.

Paradise Pier was great. I had a room the overlooked California Adventures. Great hotel to be so little. the roof top pool was o.k. Not much too do but splash around, but you have an exclusive entrance into California Adventures.
- Pros: great views, private entrance
- Cons: poor pool, low amenities
