TERRIBLE SERVICE. So, as a student and full time intern, I need things in a hurry and I need them done correctly. Especially when I pay outrageous prices for the service. Not only did the mail center charge WAY too much for their services, they didn't do it on time and they did it incorrectly. I only stayed and used their services because I was in a time crunch. I've lived near this mail center for the last 31 years and after my first time using it, I will NEVER go back. I would rather use the post office or kinkos. Terrible service. No apology. Even though the owner was sitting right there after I had to return after hours to fix THEIR mistake. SO upsetting.
