They were more thorough than previous companies that had worked on my carpets. The most important thing to me is that their technicians were professionally trained to do their jobs. This is a big deal to me, because I spent a lot of money on my carpeting and cannot afford to trust amateurs.

I love this company. They came in and did such a great job! I had heavy tracks on my carpets and now they look like brand new. I hope to get them for the holidays too. The price was good for the fantastic service.

excellent job!!. Not long ago, the garage door springs on top of the door snapped and so did the cables. I called these guys and they fixed it right away in about 2 hours. They were very friendly and professional and they did a great job !!

It was good!!. It's a good thing I used them. There was a terrible wine stain on my cream colored bedroom carpet, plus the regular dirt. I'm selling my condo and I was hoping to make it look presentable... didn't expect miracles...But after cleaning, it looks like new. And smells fresh and clean, too. The stain is completely gone. Very happy I called these guys!
