It's hard to find a jeweler you trust, especially when you are in the market to rework sentimental pieces. I happened into South Bay and found the staff very warm, knowledgable and after seeing some of their custom pieces, I was sold. I brought some of my old, traded in gold against my purchase, and they helped me design a fabulous ring using my old stones. I will be back.

South Bay Jewelry has consistently been outstanding in their level of service and quality of work. I recently purchased a cocktail ring for my wife from South Bay Jewelry. It contained diamonds all the way around the band, however was the wrong size. South Bay was more than happy to resize the ring and re-secure all of the stones. I have had numerous jewelry repairs done with this jeweler, as well as a few custom design jobs. Each and every time I am treated like family. They are diligent, care deeply about their clients, and uphold a superb level of craftsmanship. I absolutely recommend them for any repairs and especially new purchases/cust. design jobs! All I can say is..Absolutely Amazing!!

Long story short, I lost my wedding ring about a year ago and to top it all off it was NOT insured! :( I walked into South Bay Jewelry not expecting that I would be able to find anything I could afford. Not true at all!! They were able to find the right mounting and perfect diamond for my current budget. They were incredibly helpful and patient with me. I left feeling extremely happy and confident with my purchase! You must go in and visit them! You will NOT be disappointed! :)

I was having differcult times and saw gold soar so decided to sell my gold. They are a local outfit with a good reputation so I decided to give they a try. They explained the whole selling process to me, tested my gold in front of me, walked me through the process and I felt they gave me a very fair price. Very informative, nice and I felt like I wasn"t taken. I would recommend them to my family or friends.

Great Service

I was really conserned about leaving my diamond with a jewerly store to have work done on the mounting. South Bay Jewelry made me feel comfortable and let me sit with their jeweler on premise so I could watch my diamond being worked on. They didn't frown at me and make fun of me for asking to sit with the jeweler. They understood my concern and made me feel comfortable. They were professional, respectful and did wonderful work. I would highly recommend them.
