Stench of Fried Food. There's nothing worse than watching other patrons brought their meals first, even though you ordered 10-20 minutes before they arrived. My nephews wanted to eat here otherwise I would have walked out. I wasn't surprised by the disgusting, greasy meal that I was eventually served but didn't expect such bad service. During his rounds, a manager stopped by our table and I expressed my dissatisfaction. He offered a lame excuse about the kitchen being understaffed, blah blah blah. Patrons at nearby tables received their meals pretty fast so it was obviously bullsh*t.

Despite horrible customer service, ESPN Zone receives a steady flow of patrons simply because of their location. They have a "one and done" attitude towards their customers. If you don't return, they don't care because there's a busload of tourists about to walk through the door.

Food. There are some good things on the menu. But for the most part the iteams are mediocre and a little pricey for my taste. The rockclimbing gives it a different feel to it.

Good for watching games, bad for playing games. Ive been here a couple of times, and most of my experiences have been pretty goo. Theres plenty of tvs even in the restrooms. The price of the food is good and normally priced for the area. The place has rock climing right above the bar which i thought was pretty cool and the service at this place was exceptional. The one thing i think should be changed is the video games at this location, they still have the old video i played with 6 years ago, they need to upgrade, oh and not to mention they are over priced just to play one game. You even have to pay for the card to play games.

I stepped into the 90s!. Food sucked, service was okay, and it would be nice if they had more HDTV's rather than using the same ol' ones when they opened.

See any game anytime. Gotta love a place where even attractive womean are forced to watch sports. Drink prices are a bit high but the pour is heavy, and the arcade is a nice place to hang with the kids. Enjoy

Ugh!. Ugh....

Well, we (my 2 children, husband, and I) went here due to my hustband is a huge sports fan and not a huge Disneyland fan. So, it was his choice. But, all of us regret it!

The food was pricey. I got milkshakes for my children & I... they were all over $5 each! I asked to get my children's milkshakes in a kids cup (rather than a heavy glass) waitress said ok and never recieved it. She kept giving my husband diet pop (which kind of insulted him). The food was extremely mediocore! The waitress was not very attentive at all.

Wasn't impressed~

Enter the Zone, an entertainment megaplex that puts you in the game.. In Short
Much like it revolutionized sports broadcasting, all-sports cable station ESPN hopes to do the same with this massive adult playground that's equal parts sports bar, restaurant, arcade and media center. To ensure sports fans don't miss a second of the action, there's a TV screen in every nook and cranny, even in the bathrooms. In the upstairs gaming room, a rock wall and a hockey goal are available for physical challenges.

Wow!!!. This place was great. Don't let the line fool you...its long because the food and service is good. The games were great but as far as an atmosphere for a big game its almost better than being there!!

Not a Party Spot. ESPN Zone is fun if you are into video games and sports. But the service is bad and the bartenders are rude. This place also closes early compared to other bars, so don't plan on this being your last stop. And, expect to pay a good deal for drinks that don't taste great.

Tourist Zone. If you want to spend a 80 dollars on drinks and food per person and arrive 3 hours early for any big game in order to get seats. Then espn zone is for you. Not to mention that you have the fight the hords of guys who got succered in to going to MouseLand and all the familys that wanderd in the place. They brag about the recliners there but in reality there is 5 of them and there is no way you are going to get them. Stay away far away.
