I am a woman and drove a long way passed thru Garden Grove I405 with two little kids. Got troubles on my Yukon and late near 6:00 PM, pulled in to Americantiredepot Shop just off 22 east looked for help. It was almost close and there was only 1 door still oppened. Thought that I couldn't get any helps like I stopped at Allen tire just at the corner across 20 minutes ago, but theydeclined to help. The mechanic name Vince looked tired and and already changed his uniform to go home, and also a young manager named Johnathan were so nice. Vince helped to replace my radiator hose and add up coolants to make my car works to return to freeway to San Diego. He worked so hard even if it was late about 7:30 PM to finish the work. He said he like to help peoples and he does whatever he can with a big smile. The cost is fairly and I am absolutely appreciated.
Thanks Americantiredepot had good hearts mechanic as Vince and Johnathan and hope they will stay there forever to help people sin some cases like I got...
I've never had a better experience. I was able to get a good set of tires at a reasonable price, (I had various quality options and even after shopping around, Gordon tire's quotes were the best). When I waited for the tires to get done, I was given coffee, and donuts, plus they have free wifi which is a plus for me.
