No closing costs for this guy. How did that happen? I got a loan where the lender paid those costs. This isnt relevant here but just wanted to mention thats possible. Anyway, this company was great and did everything I needed them to do.

Awesome ladies here and very competitive fees. I was concerned when I stepped inside since it was pretty hectic with everyone hurrying here and there but thats just the business and I got over it.

These people really came through for us. And thank goodness for that because the owners kept hesitating, changing their minds on a number of issues and the entire ordeal was one big headache. Luckily this escrow company had dealt with this sort of nonsense before and knew exactly how to handle the situation. Really came through for us!

Over the years Ive gone to several various escrow companies for my various house purchases. These people make sure to describe in detail everything you need to know, theyre really helpful and nice. Sad to say, not all companies offer this much help or take the time to let you know whats going on. Theyre kind of on autopilot and you feel rushed. But I didnt find that here. They really took their time to show me what needed to be done and made it all go off as it should. I thank you for your assistance!

Were done two closing with this company. Theyre friendly, efficient and never fail to return calls in a timely manner, fully answer my annoying questions. They take their time to explain things which I really appreciate. They are especially helpful in digging up dusty old paperwork from decades past. We really appreciated that. We thought they were affordable. No hassles, nothing negative for us, just a clean serve-em-up job every time.

Ive used this company for two home purchases. Two weeks ago I refinanced my downtown condo and used them again. The team at this company is terrific. Theyre trustworthy, nice people, and know what theyre doing. The fee structure (about average) is worth it.

Prominent Escrow is in a class of it's own.

I've used them several times for my Escrow Service Provider and they have never let me down and have always strived to be the best and always professional. When ever you're in the area, stop in and ask for Lance.....he's hands down the hardest worker in Orange County Escrow.
