The wife and I went out for a walk one afternoon and I guess we both thought that the other had keys to get back into the house. Turns out we were both wrong! We looked up the closest locksmith in our area to come out and get us back inside because we had plans later that day and time was ticking! We decided on this service because they promised to be the fastest and boy were they right! They stayed true to their claims and had us back inside our house in no time! Thanks!

Stay far away. As in other posts, they quote a price then double it when they arrive. After questioning the locksmith about the price, I was told I didn't have to pay it but would still be charged a service fee. WOW! I will give you an estimate over the phone that will double when our guy gets there, but if you don't like the estimate, I will still charge you for the service call. Bait and switch. Making a complaint with the BBB and the city of Costa Mesa.

I'm so glad my husband told me to come to this locksmith, because we ordered security key lock last moth but we got it from a different locksmith, so far it broke down on us! We came here & couldn't of been more pleased

I'm their customer for life!. I have a lot of kids. 5 OF THEM! Now, when it's Thanksgiving and your stranded in New York, on the side of the road, all sorts of things can happen to you. I got out of the car to grab a tank of gas from this nice man that decided to help me out. By the time I realized that I locked my kids in the car it was too late. I called this company and the man came down fast, he was nice, knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable when we really needed it. THANK YOU! YOU HAVE A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Took care of me!. My keys fell out of my pocket inside of a movie theater, I tried to go back and find them but I was unsuccessful. I called these guys up and they took care of me!

L O C K S M I T H !. i needed my house locks changed, so my landlord asked me to look around and find a place that doesn't over charge for bad service. So that is how i found locksmith! they are professional and very generous.

Great Service. I had just bought my first car and lets say it was a fixer upper. After weeks and weeks of repairs and work, the only thing left to fix was the ignition. I had just dumped a lot of money into this car and I definitely needed to get the best deal possible. I called around and got estimates. I finally decided to go with this company. Not only did they stick to their estimate, they showed up within 20 minutes! My car is finally running and worth all the hard work. A+

TOTAL SCAM -. TOTAL SCAM.... this business is NOT LICENSED in the State of California... They charged me $303.00 for a 4 minute job to open a door. They are taking advantage of people in emergency type of situations... when I called the business back, their only response is they are an private company and can charge whatever they want for their services and why did I agree to pay it, well, after sitting outside cold for 2 hours, and needing to get to work, I was forced into a position of being TOTALLY SCREWED. I have called 10 other LICENSED companies who would have not charged more than $125.00 total.... business is listed at several fake addresses, phone numbers different by 1 digit - All good comments are by staff or family member within this business

Excellent Service. Its usually great having my mother in law around the corner. She helps with the kids and is mostly a big help. However, when something goes wrong it is all placed on my wife and I to fix it. So of course when she couldn't open an old safe, it was up to me to either a)open it or b)find someone who could. So I gave these guys a call. They managed to get it open rather quickly, without breaking the safe, and charged a super fair price. I trust them to take care of all my mother in laws locksmith needs which is great because that means I won't have to!
