This place will take your $$$$$ and not report your payments. I claimed BK in March of 2011 and was able to get a car financed through this CRAPPY lender in May of 2011..... Although I already had a paid off vehicle, I took on this car loan so that I could re-establish my credit history quicker and be able to refinance in about a year with a lower interest rate..... NOT THE CASE, because CAR FINANCE CAPITAL DOES NOT and WILL NOT BE reporting to ANY of the CREDIT AGENCIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Therefore my bank (US Bank) told me that I was unable to refinance because they have not reported my car loan since day one..... The only reason I accepted this loan is so I could have my timely payments reported to at least 1 credit agency if not all 3???!!!!! Car Finance knows they are lending to people like me who are trying to rebuild their credit and they are not helping them at all but just taking their money and not REPORTING ANYTHING!!! I have sinced filed complaints with both the Better Business Bureau and State of California Dept. of Corporations for Finance Lenders and I am now waitng the response.... DO NOT GET A LOAN FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU PLAN ON THEM REPORTING YOUR TIMELY PAYMENTS TO THE CREDIT AGENCIES!!!!!!!!!! I warned you, now it's all up to you!!
