eyebrow waxing gone wrong. I went here for an eyebrow waxing. I've been doing this for years and have never had a problem, however today I got bad burns from the wax. I have about 4 burns around my eyebrows and they hurt and are very noticable. I was not given a refund or anything. The people here are nice, but I am unhappy about this.

My Esthetician Hope was Fabulous. I initially went to Hope for a Brazilian waxing and she was extremely professional and made me feel completely at ease. A Brazilian waxing is not fun done by anyone but I felt that she was very efficient and made it go as quickly and with as little pain as could possibly be expected. I liked her so much that I went a few days later for a facial. It was so relaxing, I'm hooked. I got the Multi Vitamin Exfoliant and my skin is still glowing.
