Gone Downhill Fast. Don't bother. Since new owners took over and renamed this from Le Diplomat to Palomar, it's gone overboard. Too pricy, food quality is very poor, service is simply bad. You can do better with Hamburger Helper at home.

ok food , but good service. this place changed ownership many times. At first everything was great. but than changed ownership and the food quality has been also changed. it's located in a nice center with a nice patio but a little noisy.
