Diamond Case Designs: Friends When You Need Them. Recently experienced the latest but infrequent episode of quick, competent and correct answers to operational questions for our excellent, D. C. built entertainment system. Sent message of need; Steve responded quickly with accurate information, simple instructions, and helpful hints. I followed instructions; within three minutes the system began to operate fully, properly. We relaxed, poured some wine, and started a new film. Yes indeed. Thank you, D. C.

Love my entertainment center!. This is my second entertainment center from them my first one I would probably would still have but my house flooded . They were easy to deal with and created what I needed . Personal touch is what they do the best . Thank you Diamond Case.

Great cabinet!. I purchased my TT-400 Credenza almost 10 years ago and I've been happy ever since. In those days, there were very few options for a unit such as the one I chose. Diamond Case was the only one around. Today, there are more choices.. but none with the quality, workmanship and value of Diamond Case. My unit looks as good today as the day it arrived. It's all thanks to Steve and his dedication to his product and his customers.. even 10 years later.

The ultimate solution for a home theater system. When I was looking for an HDTV for our bedroom, my wife said, "Get anything you want, but I want to be able to hide it." I looked at every home theater furniture manufacturer and was thrilled to find Diamond Case.

Their units combine form and function. We have our HDTV nestled in the Evolution E-60 unit, and it's a beautiful piece of furniture. It's incredibly functional - well-ventilated so nothing overheats and the IR system Steve installed allows me to operate my DVD player, DVR, etc. without opening a door. The heavy-duty casters allow me to move entire unit easily if I want to add a box or change wiring. It is my favorite piece of furniture in our home.

Steve Hartfelder is extraordinary - he customized the unit to our specifications and went to great lengths to make sure we were pleased. He's incredibly knowledgeable about all areas of home theater - when I choose to upgrade my living room system, my first call will be to Steve. Diamond Case's furniture may cost more than what you will find in "big box" stores, but they're worth every penny (just ask my very happy wife).

Training Classroom Updated. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the service from Diamon Case. We recently upgraded our training classroom from a handme down old tv to a wall mounted flatscreen. Steve and Juan installed ceiling speakers as well. The difference is incredible. Students in the back of the room can easily hear our presentations now, without any distortions or difficulties.

We use the classroom several times a week for our training classes, with different instructors each time. They have all noted how impressed they are not only with the excellent audio system and new equipment, but how user friendly it is.

And most importantly, as an organization that works dililgently to provide quality customer service, we were grateful to recieve top quality service from Steve at Diamond Case. He made sure we had a "how to" instruction sheet, just in case. He explained all of our options in english instead of tech speak, and told us the pros and cons of each option. He was truly concerned about the quality of the job, not the price. And he keep the area so clean you would never know all the work he did for the installation. I highly recommend Diamond Case for a professional, quality job.

Gaming Experts for Parents "Not In the Know!". Steve has not only professionally installed flat screen TVs throughout our house, but was exceptionally informative about my questions around gaming systems. He recently helped us out when we couldn't firgure how to hook up the latest X-box feature my kid had to have and I couldn't figure out! Steve came to the rescue and my son said, "Mom, I am now running at full capacity!" It doesn't get any better than that!

Incredible value and service. It was time to step into the modern age and upgrade our existing CRT TV for HDTV. We had a wall unit built to fit perfectly our 36 inch TV. I went back to the wall unit customizer to see what they could do, but all they could offer was to build a new one. I found Steve and he had very innovative ideas. I was so sold on his kind demeanor, instead of buying HDTV on my own and probably saving a couple bucks, I just went with him. He did have very competitive prices and while it was not as cheap as I could get elsewhere, I didn't have to deal with shopping around, and basically getting screwed as the big-box department stores are apt to do. He came with a helper and they were in and out in a reasonable time and with zero mess. I am certain I could have shopped around and probably found someone to give me a competitive deal, but what price excellent customer service, kindness, and just general 110% satisfaction. There is no question I would recommend Diamond Case to anyone wanting or needing a system or a wall unit. You will be glad you did.

Extraordinary Value, Unsurpassed Service ,Great people. When we decided to upgrade our home theatre system, we interviewed a number of home entertainment companies. As we listened to the proposals of the various firms we found ourselves comparing them to the one done for us by Steve and Diamond Case. They all fell short. More often than not, the others tried to sell us systems that just didn't fit our home ,our budget and wants. Steve reviewed in detail the components he recommended, how they worked and would compliment each other to give us not just a good entertainment system but a system that is the envy of our neighbors and friends.

Another thing I really like about Diamond Case is their follow on when I have questions or a percieved problem. I say percieved problem since there haven't been any problems other than those I've self induced. I don't follow directions well but Steve and the others at Diamond Case have unlimited patience. As technology marches on, we'll undoubtably need future upgrades and Diamond Case will be our go to company. Also did I mention they make amazing custom cabinets. The one they made for us perfectly matches the color, glaze and style of those in our adjacent kitchen.

There are more expensive entertainment companies, and cheaper as well, but for overall technical expertise, system integration and cabinet making there are none better for my money and home than Diamond Case.

Ultimate Home Theater Furniture, Quality Craftsmanship. We purchased a Theater-Tech System Two some 13 years ago, and it remains as one of our most cherished items in our home. First, the quality of the craftsmanship is extraordinary; you just can't buy furniture as well made these days, at any price. The attention to detail (both external and internal - even parts no one will ever see!) is impressive. Secondly, the functional design is excellent. The various types of internal units, i.e., shelves, media drawers, pull-out turntable shelf, etc., are interchangeable, something we've made good use of given our changing requirements over the years. The back panel is removable making it easy to get to the backs of components, and is offset so that there is plenty of ventilation and space for wiring. The good people at Diamond Case must have spent a lot of time figuring all this out. The door panels are interchangeable; in fact, we've recently replaced some of the original wood panels with smoked glass as we now have more components, and everything fits just fine (thank you Steve for voluntarily sending us some upgraded parts). We also just purchased a new TV, and after 13 years of our previous massive/heavy TV sitting on the main unit, we were afraid there might be some warping, but to our amazement, it is still perfectly flat, which is a testament to the quality of the build and materials used. Finally, it is as stunningly beautiful today as it was when we got it new; if anything, the finish has become even more beautiful with age.

If you want the ultimate in quality, rest assured that you will be very satisfied with Diamond Case. We couldn't be happier with our Theater-Tech system.

Best Home Entertainment Company Anywhere. As a web client I've only been in the Diamond Case showroom a few times. Each time I have been impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable Dave, Steve and Fred are. These are people who live, breathe and believe in what they are doing. The entertainment center my son purchased was shipped all the way to Pennsylvania and elicits compliments from everyone who has seen it.

I'm an author and blogger. On my tech blog, Money Saving Tech Tips and Philosophic Musings, I often refer to Diamond Case's web site and frequently quote their newsletter. I am quite comfortable recommending Diamond Case Designs to anyone who has Home Entertainment needs!
