I own a nationwide moving help labor company where we supply professional moving help labor thru our website at www.experiencedmovinglabor . We had several of our customers come in and out of california and we always used Joel's Moving Labor to Load and unload our customers moving trucks,
We always had a great experience with them, they always exceeded our customers expectations.
They always wrapped all the house hold goods in a very professional manner, and loaded the truck where nothing was ever damaged.
We always had great comments about their services with our customers we had them preform labor for.
I have other moving helpers in their area on our database to use for labor but we always choose Joels to service our customers due to we always know our customers will be taken care of and they always go far and beyond to make sure our customers are always happy.
I highly recommend Joel's Moving labor to anyone who are moving. You will never go wrong. We will always use them in the future.

Real Comment from BBB Complaint Site. Real Proof using the BBB to show Joel's Moving will Screw You and are a bunch of Chicken*%&^@ to meet with you about it! DO NOT USE THEM! I will post this to EVERY review site I can!------- Complaint Description - Posted XX/XX/2011----- Used moving service and the movers dropped our very expensive leather couch and then dragged it closer to the steps to get a better grip. They damaged the couch and the one guy said the other guy that dropped it is very weak and shouldn't have been there!!!! He appologized but the guy that dropped it didn't. Asked who is in charge and the third one said he is and will write up a report and call it in. As soon as they left my wife called the company and spoke to a girl who said yes, somone just called it in and a claim will be started Monday. I called Tues and was told she is out of the office on her phone but will get the claim started. Called Thur and was told she will have to call me back (no call). Called the following Monday and left a msg to please call me back and let me know what the status is with the claim. NO RETURNED CALL! We have pictures and a VERY STRONG case. All I want is the leather couch fixed.----- Company's Response----- According to the documentation signed by a Ms. XXXXX on XX/XX/2011 Joel's Moving Labor ,Inc was released of any liability on said date. We were not informed of any damages on the date in question, therefore we can not take assume any damages were in fact caused by Joel's Moving Labor. Furthermore, as clearly stated in the documentation signed by Ms.XXXXX there is a $250.00 deductible that must be met prior to any repairs or replacements.----- Consumer's Rebuttal----- Not properly reported??? Your movers put it on the contract and YOUR receptionist even verified the movers called to let you know of the damage! After reading your other complaints maybe a good old fashion face to face visit is the answer instead of this computer stuff. That's how we do it in Phoenix! Got your address, see ya soon!----- Company's Final Response----- The authorities have been made aware of this threat, they are taking it seriously and will be contacting you. Any futher communication will be considered inappropriate. The Irvine Pd will be called if you do make any attempts in person.----- So they have no customer service qualities whatsoever!!!!! Use someone else.
I'm sure all those that have read the above complaint can clearly see the author is violent and communication with this individual was unsafe. A claim was being filed, but due to conversations over the phone and threats that were made it was best for us not to continue.
