I give it 0 stars. Owners don' know how to run a business.. Watch out. Owners of this company do not know how to run a business. Watch out for the lil guy with the lil man syndrome. Where did he learn to run a business? Yikes. Watch out for doing business here. Shady workers and terrible customer service.

Incompetent workers. Very incompetent workers there... I wouldnt recommend buying parts, appliances or do any kind of business with CTS. I was at their store checking out some appliances for my customers and I overheard one of the clerks badmouthing another appliance company in the area to a customer.. That is NOT the way to do business. I am a construction contractor and own a business myself. You WOULD NEVER hear me badmouthing my competetors. Businesses that denigrate other companies are usually worse than the other business they are "trying" to denigrate. If you are confident of your services and products, there is no need to do that. Never coming back here.

Great service, better prices. These people are the real deal, so much better than the know-nothings at Best Buy, Circuit City ,etc. AND their prices are almost always better.
